Near the Kissimmee River in Buckhead Ridge, the Buckhead Ridge Recreation Area is a community gathering spot with picnic tables, a baseball field, basketball goals, shuffleboard, and a recreation center.

It's next to the volunteer fire department and community center, along US 78 near the Kissimmee River bridge.
